GDC 游戏节组织者沉着公布了第 26 届年度游戏配置者采取奖（GDCA）的提名名单。《暗光：远征 33》（Clair Obscur: Expedition 33） 再次以包括“年度游戏”在内的八项提名领跑。其他阐扬凸起的作品包括获取五项提名的 《羊蹄山之魂》（Ghost of Yōtei），以及各获取四项提名的 《蓝色王子》（Blue Prince）、《大金刚：香蕉大爆发》（Donkey Kong Bananza） 和 《辞别演义》（Split Fiction）。令东谈主不测的是，深受粉丝青睐的 《虚浮骑士：丝之歌》（Hollow Knight: Silksong） 仅获取一项提名，不外该提名恰是“年度游戏”。

受奖仪式将于 3 月 12 日在旧金山举行的 GDC 游戏节期间举行。通盘 GDC 通行证握有者均可参预，仪式也将在 GDC 的 Twitch 频谈进行直播。通盘提名者和凯旋者均由外洋采取奖收罗（ICAN）选出，该组织由来自通盘行业的初创者构成。与大重大受奖礼不同，提名名单还包括每个类别的荣誉提名奖。此外还设有不雅众奖，任何东谈主齐不错为我方青睐的游戏投票。投票通谈可在此处找到，投票时分为 1 月 26 日至 2 月 8 日。
